An In Depth Consideration Process

Viva System Capital’s Direct Investment Team invests in private venture and growth oriented companies in the alternative energy sector and communities in Emerging markets that are seeking capital to develop and commercialize their products or services. The companies in which we invest usually have $0-20 million in revenue. We do not require companies to have been previously funded by professional investors nor to be profitable at the time of our investment. We typically lead and price financing rounds and usually invest $0,5-100 million over the life of a portfolio company.

Our investment decision making process can range from 4 weeks to a few months, commencing with a review of an executive summary and a call or meeting with management, followed by a due diligence process, and then culminating in a presentation to our partnership.
